Transformed RT = log(RT + 1 s). SS is the average sum score. Sample size for the UAE is 1595. Of the 1599 eighth-grade USA students who were administered Booklet 1, 6 students did not have valid RT data for some or all of the 32 items examined in the study. The median cumulative response times for the two steady groups (green and blue) overlap, making one of them (blue) more visible in the graph.
