  1. In NAMER 2014, a total sample of 4144 6th-grade students completed the mathematics assessment. However, experimental test booklets comprising fewer items were administered to a subsample. To facilitate a direct comparison of mathematics scores across the years, data for students who completed the shorter version of the mathematics test were not included in the analyses reported in this paper
